- What counts as a monitor?
- One URL, port or cron heartbeat that we check. Checking it from more regions does not count again.
- Do teammates cost extra?
- No. Invite everyone who is on call and everyone who only wants to watch.
- What do SMS and voice alerts cost?
- $0.04 per SMS and $0.09 per voice call in the US, added to your next invoice. Rates for other countries are in the docs.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, any time. Moving up is prorated to the day. Moving down takes effect at the end of the billing period.
